The Office of the Bishop of the Southeastern Iowa Synod equips and supports leaders and congregations to be witnesses to the good news of Jesus Christ. Along with our partners at LEAD, our goal is to support leaders as they develop the capacity for leading the church into deeper discipleship with a greater passion for sharing the Gospel in a changing world. Our experience has taught us that every leader and every congregation can grow; a choice that entails learning new behaviors.
A cohort of 8-10 congregations are beginning an exciting journey together in January 2017. Applications from congregations are due November 30, 2016.
