The synod encourages congregations to continue praying during Sunday worship for the renewal of the church by praying for congregations of the Southeastern Iowa Synod, other synods, and people throughout the world.

For pastors serving interim ministries. As they assist congregations during times of transition, may God provide them guidance and support.

For all those who care for children. We remember today all of those who care for and protect children and give thanks for their presence in our lives.

For high school and college graduates as they complete their studies and enter into a new chapter of life. May God bless them as they start a new journey.
